Can anyone shed some light on this issue.
We currently run Rightfax 8.5 and Exchange 2000. Everything appeared to be running fine until a new user was created in active directory with a new email account. It was then noticed that the user did not sync across to rightfax server.
Manually imported user but no guid came across from our w2k server network.
Does anyone know how to fix this???? Please????
