Rightfax 9.0 Database Module keeps stopping

I am getting a problem with the RightFax Database Module stopping right after it starts. The database is housed on another server running SQL, this is the error I get;

and this is another error I get;

STT:Error (231) creating named pipe instance
PH:Shutting down 0x2B8. Close on pipe instance returns 1
PH:Shutting down 0x2FC. Close on pipe instance returns 1
PH:Shutting down 0x340. Close on pipe instance returns 1
LoadObj:'UserID = 'RFINLUSER'' from Users ret=0
PH:Shutting down 0x264. Close on pipe instance returns 1


I am completely stumped here, please help! Thanks!

Corrupt database. Blew it away and reinstalled and it works great now.
