Right requried by user to download updated for website 2

I have number of user who access website which required updates to be downloaded and installed on their computer quaterly. Rigth now each user is member of local administrator group, I want to remove them from administrator group. What groups can I add the users so that they can still download updates and install.

It depends on what the website is updating. If it's properly coded then you would be able to get by with regular user permissions. However, the odds are very high that it is not properly coded and will try to write to system areas. The best thing that I can suggest is to test it yourself with User or Power User settings and see how it goes.
