right on my tablet

Hello,
I recently bought a tablet pc so I could write with the stylus on the screen. But how do I do that? Everytime I try ot freehand, teh recognition engine shows up. I want to be able to right in my handwriting into MS word 2003, or over a graphic, or over a website. Then save that that image to a jpeg. For exmaple, I want to create my own signauture and save it as a jpeg.

How do I acocmplish this? I have a Toshiba vista tablet pc.

Open MS Paint - sign it. Save as jpg. Then import or cut & paste from MS Paint & paste into Word.

For a website, you can upload the graphic jpg file if you have permission. You cannot generally write "over a website" - your meaning is unclear. What exactly are you trying to do?
