When I answer an internal call on extension 26 I do not get connected to the caller and I can hear digits getting outpulsed. The Intercom button works fine if I initiate a call from extension 26. I tried different phones at this extension and also tried plugging the phone in directly to the PBX. Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like you've programmed yourself as a voice mail extension. Check to make sure extension 26 is not a member of hunt group 7 (from extension 10 or 11, dial feature 00, press left intercom twice. dial #505726 - and see if the value is 1, assigned; if so, press 2 to un-assign it.)
