We have three Right Fax Servers in three different locations, with 3000 DID's and 3000 Toll Free #'s landing on those DID's. The circuits we are using are combo local/LD with AT&T. Clearly this is not the way it should be set up. Any one else out there using Right Fax in more than one location?

Hi Telequeen,

I've done a bit of work with Rightfax, but I need some more info... (in no particular order)
What version Rightfax? Small Business, Business or Enterprise?
What are you trying to do?
Does it work now? (if so why change) if not, what are you missing
Is there a WAN/LAN setup between the 3 servers, are the servers in separate locations of close?
What is the throughput of the system?,
I assume this is primariliy an Inbound system, right?
How many fax channels are their inuse?

Post bac and I'll do my best to help you

Matt
