Right Fax Integration problem with NEC IPS 2000

Dear All,

I am facing a problem while integrating My NEAX 2000 IPS EPABX with open text right fax server (IP based), its failed, the calls are even not reaching to the right fax server. ISDN link is up fyi.
Any can help me pleasee
