Right Click Takeover in IE 6

In IE all my left click reflects right click Actions - Only in IE6 with ALL the patches-- AV, and Spy ware.

Yes, I checked my mouse properties. All other software the mouse functions correctly.

I would appreciate any assistance.

I would reinstall IE. There are no options concerning the mouse in IE settings.
