Right Click - "Print" Option Grayed Out

Morning..

Working with Seagate Desktop, user has rights to print to printer, but it is currently grayed out on the right click option.

He/She is trying to print a successful instance to printer, bypassing the info viewer and analyzer. He / She can't, print option is grayed out.

Any help is appreciated.

Check if in File->Printer Setup, the report got designed with 'No Printer' checked accidently

saweens: Can she print from the viewer? If so then permissions not the problem. If not then despite entry in APS system db right is not granted David C. Monks
