Right click on desktop not work and desktop frezzez and not show icon in centeres

Hi guys i have proplem i have windows xp sp2. desktop is frezzes and when i make right click on desktop not work and not show any thing but it work inside another drives and icons display in right left beside clock but not show in desktop why this proplem made

Hi guys i face problem i have windows xp sp3 . the problem when i open windows desktop not show icons up but it show as scroll bar beside clock but desktop is empty .and right click on desktop not work but inside all drives work how i solve this problem. i change user in domain with another user have permission administrator also not show can you tell me how i solve this problem
