Right-click JPG/BMP

I have had an odd problem with IE and Windows XP. When I right click to save a jpeg file I am presented with "untitled" and the .bmp option. This has been happening for more than a year. I reinstalled Windows and was fine...for a week. Now I'm having the same problem.

Any ideas?

Clean out your temp and temp internet folders and try again !!
