Something happened to my internet explorer -- the File, Edit, View, etc. pulldown menus are gone, the earth/windows logo that spins in the upper right is larger than normal, and worst of all, I can't right click at all, and I don't know of any other way to copy pictures or open a link in a new window! What can I do?

Hit ALT+V to get the view menu.
Add the stuff you want, select small icons to shrink them a bit... Cheers,
