Win 2003 server as print server, randomly, meaning it works fine for a day or two then it happens again over and over for a day or so, on the printer (Ricoh MPC 4500) the Data led will flash then nothing the only way to clear and get anything to print is to Power down with the power switch and reboot printer then usually all print jobs get processed, sometimes this process has to be repeated. I have already reinstalled printer on all workstations after deleting and reinstalling most current print driver on server. There are only 15 people on this network/print server at this location. Any input is appreciated and welcome.

Thanks,

Are you sure that the issue is on the server side? I had this problem with a Xerox 332 multifunction printer once and the issue was with the network/print controller on the printer.

Cheers.
