Ricoh Copier setup to automatically order supplies

We have a couple of Ricoh MP6001 copiers that I've been asked to setup so that they automatically send info to our supplier when we need more toner. Does anyone know how to set this up or do I need to call our supplier? I've Googled this and can't find any help there.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure Ricoh sets that up. I don't see any instructions in the documentation from Ricoh that explains how.
