a couple of questions here; don't feel overwhelmed, just answer what you can.

1) When i change properties such as font colour, the whoel text changes. is there a way of making just the text following the corsor change (so you can have several font styles in one box).

2) how can i get find all the fonts tht are at my disposal?

please number your answers for me. feel free to add more questions.

3) i can make something both bold and italic by passing the fontstyle '(System.Drawing.FontStyle.Bold | System.Drawing.FontStyle.Italic)' to a font's constructor. i have 4 bools containing states for bold, italic, underline and strikeout, and i want to apply these to my new font. how i do this without 16 different font constructors?

4) my richTextBox is in dialogbox. i may want to enter carriage returns into it, but at the moment the return key provokes the okay button - how can i stop this?
