The default font and size I reference can be set on a table by selecting all rows and columns and then specifying the font and size. This does not change font and size in data.

Noteworthy using a subset of HTML 1, Rich Text Format only supports font sizes starting at 8 and increments of 2 or said differently even numbers starting with 8.

Font and size are treated separately from the default. I therefore recommend setting the default size of the font to an odd number like 11 and the font to whatever is noticeable and readable to you that you will never use in the data if using the table this way.
