Rich Text Editor bug

When I try to use the Rich Text editor in a web part, I get the following error message:

An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 3031
Char: 2
Error: 'RTE_Toggle_EnableShortcuts' is undefined
Code: 0

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?


Is there a way to fix this?
