RH9 as ppp server - cant logon !!

Hi: I have configured my RH9 box as a ppp server, but when i dial from my windows machine i can make telnet logon (i set up display terminal after dial), but i can make a ppp connection.

Viewing my log entries i view that i cant init PPP, what can happen? any idea? Thanks
