Hi there,

I want to change my default umask to 0027 but I can't find how to do it. I'm sure it used to be in /etc/profile? Is there anyway of setting it once without having to put it in a boot script.

Thanks in advance,

Glenn

Hi,

Either you put it in /etc/profile (global) or in user home directory /home/tim/.profile (individual)
