rh7.3, apache rpm & suexec...

I know that the apache that comes with RedHat 7.3 is compiled with suexec by default in the rpm.

I cant seem to get it to work though.

I edited my httpd.conf file so that the NameVirtual Server that I want to run as a specific user and group had the user and group settings and then restarted apache.

When I run the old phpinfo(); however the user and group are still
Is there a way to get a particular php script to run as a specific local user other than default
