RH 9 language pack newbie!

Hi,

While installing RedHat 9.0 workstation, I chose english and Portuguese as the languages for the keyboard with English as the default language.

How do I switch from the english keyboard setting to the portuguese one!?

Further, I also want to uninstall the openoffice package installed by default.
