RH 8.0 and KDE screen saver

Hello,

I am having problems with Redhat 8.0 - In KDE I can't get the kde screensavers to run correctly. Basically I can preview them when I configure the desktop but if I pick one and let it idle I just get a blank screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
