I have just installed Red Hat 7.2 and have almost everything working except the system hangs shortly after going into the xwindows mode. Telnet, samba, ftp everything works. But when I go into Netscape, as I am trying to enter an url, the system simply freezes. Other gui applications work just fine. Sometimes I am able to surf 1 site before it freezes - other times it's when I am trying to type an address. The problem also happens in Mozilla.
I know I have had this problem before but I can't remember the solution.
