RGB colours converted into CMYK

When exporting a flash file (.fla) with RGB colors to EPS or AI files (illustrator CS), the colours are converted into CMYK, how could I export the files without changing the colours?

Use the color setup in Illustartor to change from CMYK to RGB.

I have already done that and the colors still are converted into CMYK. The only way the colors remain the same is when I exported to JPG, but I need them as vectors.

Okay - so using the RGB color mode for the document color mode, select all and use the filter to convert to RGB doesn't work?
