RFP process

Has any one recently completed a RFP for thier AVAYA service provider? I have been tasked in replacing our current service provider with a new business partner or AVAYA direct itself. I have never really thought of putting together an RFP and was wondering if anyone has recently gone through the prosess that would like to share thoughts and info. that would help me create mine.

We are looking for maintenance, wiring of remote sites, sales and service on top of everything else I can't think of right now.
