RFC 2104 Compliant HMAC w/ the SHA256 algorithm

Does anyone know if it is possible to calculate an RFC 2104 compliant HMAC w/ the SHA256 hash algorithm using classic ASP?

This is required to make calls to the Amazon Product API.

Any help would be appreciated...
