Rexx code to Chat Online

Dear All,
Im located at Offshore and my peers and Technical lead are based at US. Im connecting the mainframe from Offshore. Basically Im looking for a Rexx or CList which enables me to chat online with my peers at US. I have used panel based Online communication tool during my previous project and that was in different mainframe shop. If theres any such Rexx tool is available as freeware, if anyone has developed such tool i would be greatful if you could share with me.

I tried developing Panel based messaging using TSO Send command. When I envoke my tool it displays a panel and takes up message upto 115 chars and display as console message at the other end. I want the rexx to throw a panel the other end also and it present an option for the receiver to reply me back using the same panel that displays Send message. How do I do this?

Let me know any such tool is already available.

Because of the architecture of mainframe operating systems, no such application would be possible. You can't "push" anything out without some sort of action by the receiver -- press the ENTER key or somesuch. They're all event-driven; thankfully that means we don't get pop-ups either.
