I am trying to find a way to do the following:

http://www.domain.co.uk/google/view_invoice/4637/

Will go to

http://www.domain.co.uk/view_invoice.php?company=google&id=4637

What are my chances of doing this?

Quite well, if you can configure your web server. But it is a web server thing, not a PHP thing. So look up URL rewriting in your web server's documentation.
