Revolving Button

Hey, I have a question. I want to create a 'revolving text' button, and i'm using this tutorial (just for practice), but my end result is nothing like its supposed to be. In fact, when I view the movie, its just a blank movie.
This is where I got the tutorial from:

Oh there's also a downloadable .fla file so someone can see how I did it. In the tutorial there is a downloadable .fla that the author did. In their file, the button is visable in the first layer, but in mine its just a blank slate.
At home i'm using Flash MX and at work i'm using Flash 5.

you see nothing because you have nothing on stage.

open up your library and drag the button and movie clip onto the stage.
