Revision Number - Database Property,Access 2003

How do I setup and use the revision number in the database properties. When I look at the properties it has nothing in the 'Last saved by', 'Revision Number' or 'Total Editing Time' on the statistics tab.

The database is an .ADP Project.

Any Ideas
