Hi - we are looking to develop a large size Notes based application and are wondering if there are any tools available to track revision control and/or application modifications during development and ongoing? Many thanks.

In Notes itself, there is no tool to control design modifications. You can save iterative copies of the synopsis, but that will not be a perfect tool.
A better idea is to document the changes, which will go a long way in making application maintenance easier, but that is not easy either.
There are a few good third-party tools that can do a good job of documenting design and design history.
