Reviews of Avaya 3626 Wireless IP Phone

We are in the process of taking bids to upgrade our switch from a 9.5 G3R with 9031 TransTalks to an S8710 with IP 3626 (SpectraLink) sets.

Would anyone like to offer any reviews of the 3626 sets? Specifically interested in:

Reliability of sets.
Seamless handoff from one access point to another.
Ease of use of sets.
Any other ideas to consider.
