Is there somewhere in the CallPilot (201) where I can tell it where to go if someone presses "0"? I know individual users can do it through their mailbox and I can thru CP Manager, but I don't see a spot where I can globally change this value without having to go through 80 mailboxes individually.
 
been awhile since I had to do any changes like that, have you tried running the config wizard to see if its an option that route? It won't hurt anything if you just click ok and not change anything like IP etc.
 
Log into CP Manager and go to Messaging/Messaging Management. Scroll down to Special DNs. You will see the Billing DN and the Revert DN. Set the Revert DN for your system.
