On a BCM 400, set up as a PBX system, I have Enabled Physical Lines
assigned to the primes set (appear and ring). I have Call Pilot voice
mail boxes on each of the DN's. Auto Attendant is configured to answer
the Enabled Physical Lines, Business Open, Attendant Available.

The situation that occurs is that when Auto Attendant answers and the
caller dials a DN to go to a particular user, if they don't answer their
voice mail message plays. If the caller wishes to return to the
operator by dialing 0, it puts the caller right back into the user's
voice mail and will not go back to the operator.

What am I doing wrong here? I need callers to be able to dial 0 to go
back to the operator from a person's voice mail.

Thanks.

Have you confirmed that the attendant is set on the call pilot system and that the attendant available tab is ticked.

Sorry Acewarlock

Did not read all of the info I see you have already said the attendant is available.

Have you changed there class of service to allow them to have personal attendants.

Thanks mrmarshall, but I found the problem. Needed to add the att dn to the greeting tables.

I thought you had already set it in the greeting table?

But good to see you got it sorted
