Hi,
We are having an issue when callers press 0 to revert out of a mailbox, they are redirected to the cellular telephone without a problem however after a certain number of rings CallPilot comes back and says it is unable to complete the session at this time.

I am able to fix the issue by reducing the number of rings on the cellular phone before the call goes to voicemail. Is there any way to change the CallPilot transfer timeout value? Is it no where to be found within the administration pages.

thanks,
Martin

Are you allowing revert to a cellphone number via phantom DN's? (secure RPL - limited to on switch only)
or are you allowing the users to enter a number to forward to? (fairly risky - open RPL - risk of hacking)

I'm not sure but I think the behavior changes when using phantom DN's (I've never used the revert to an offsite number so I can't swear to it.) I don't seem to have that issue when folks hit "0" - it transfers to Phantom 1234 -> DCFW 9NPA-NXX-DNNN - if not answered the cellphone voicemail picks it up.

I hope this helps,

I am allowing them to change the revert DN because the on call people change every week. It would be too much management to update the phantom queues each and every time.

This is a PBX issue related to transfering from an application

Rls 6 or below patch p18804_1

Rls 7.x or above you need PKG GL_PLUGIN 409 and then in pdt enable plug in 224 Q01694286 MPLR24676
