Revert DN Problem

I have a group of phones that were added to our PBX a few months back. I set up a "revert DN" on each of the phones to bounce back to their main number if you press "0" in voice mail. For some strange reason, instead of going to the number it is set up for, it is reverting to an entirely different number on each phone. These are 2008 and 2616 phones. Any ideas?
 
This happen for internal calls??
or externals only??
 
It is happening for both external and internal.
 
Something else I just tried. It will not let me forward to any of the new numbers that were added, but will work to the existing lines. Is there somewhere I can check where or why they are restricted?
 
Is that a multi-tenant system??
if you want post the configuration of the phone
