Revert DN Problem in MerMail

A site of our is using Meridian Mail, and there are three mailboxes that is having issues with the Revert DNs in the individual boxes. When going to MB 25538 and inputting ext 25566 into the Revert DN field (this is just another user's phone), pressing 0 at their mailbox greeting returns the error "A valid attendant number has not been specified". This is a new one on me.

Anyone ever experience this, or know what the problem is?

A user can specify the revert DN on their menu once logged in to VM, I would try in putting it that way, not just on Mermail Admin console.
