revert dn on call pilot not working

We have a callpilot 1.07, There is a admin that travels back and forth between our building and another building in New York. She wants anyone that calls her here to have the voicemail go back to her mailbox in New York. I can not get the call to go off our switch. The restrictions and permission list allows for this call to go but it will not complete. Any ideas?

this will not be a callpilot function - unless the callpilots are networked using VPIM/ AMIS ...etc

you can set the extension to redirect/ callforward no answer to her NY number

The other problem is that we use PIN codes for Long Distance Charges. How would this affect that?
