Reversing text around a path. 1

How can I reverse text direction around a path. For example, I have text going around a circle but it is upside down on the bottom because it is writing left to right in relation to the circle. How can I have the text around bottom right side up?

...with the select tool, black arrow, select the path, you will find with close inspection, a long thin line (down the middle), hover over it and an upside-down 'T' bar is visible on your mouse cursor (when you hover over the right place), pull that up and the text should flip...

...two paths are required, one for the top arch of text, another for the bottom arch of text...
