Hello all,
I have a question about using a Squid reverse proxy server for a few websites that is located in a DMZ. We are using Checkpoint NG on a Nokia IP330. I have set up a static route to the RPS via Voyager so that anything that comes in to any of those external addresses will be routed to the rps. I have configured the rps with a hosts file. My question is for Checkpoint. When making objects I statically NAT the external addresses to the internal addresses. How does this work using a reverse proxy server? Do I have to NAT the external addresses to the RPS some how? Or do I just leave it like it is and leave it to the HOSTS file? Thanks for any and all help.
