I'm new to DTS and am trying to find a way of sending a file to an FTP site instead of downloading one. Any idea how I can reverse the process? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!

ftp is file transfer protocol. You cat "put" files as well as "get" files, and it works almost the same way.

ftp servername
cd \directory\subdirectory\putfilesin_this_subdirectory
put file

----

Open up a DOS/Command Prompt window (or using the Start menu, select Run and type in command).

When the DOS/Command window is up, type in ftp.

Now type in help to see all commands
Now type in help put to see help on the put command.

Hope This Helps.
