Reverse Engineering failed!

For some unknown reason I always get this message "Unable to add the bla bla bla.vsd to the solution. Reverse Engineering failed. Error 32." when I try to do Visio UML -> Reverse Engineering.

I've got a Visual Studio .NET Enterpise Architecht, and the Visio that came with it.

Doesn't work.

Anybody knows why?
