Hi

Using asp.net

Genuine question, not trying to hack anyone elses code, however i've recently had PC problems and managed to wipe all my solution and code files, however i still have a working version of the software on our server, is there anyway i can reverse engineer the dll's so i don't have to rewrite the software???

Any help much appreciated

Many Thanks

As far as I know, there are a few tools out there that'll let you do decompile your code...but the bad thing is that they only decompile completed machine code generated by the CLR, so this isn't raw source code in VB.NET or C#.

Try looking up .NET obfuscator apps and see if they get you anywhere.
