I am thinking of using reverse DNS lookups to help block SPAM. (I actually got blocked once due to a DNS error!) How is it implemented in EX 5.5? Thanks.

Ex 5.5 does reverse lookups by default, but it does NOT stop inbound email based on a failed reverse lookup. If there's a reg hack to change this, I don't know (but if anyone does, please chime in), so the short answer is, you can't implement an anti-spam plan using reverse lookups with exchange 5.5.
