Each month i have to copy a column of data listed from Jan to Dec to another column listed Dec to Jan.. the only way i know how to do this is to type it in. Is there an easier way? thanks

Why don't you sort it beforehand? So that it matches the order of the target area, then it's a simple copy and paste operation.

If it has to stay in that format, record a macro of what you copy.
