Reverse Alpha order

If you take a look at the website,

http://www.phsvt.org/faculty_staff.asp

and click on any of the names, you'll see that the classes appear nearly in order, just reversed. I have tried using an Index (that was what I was trying to think of yesterday afternoon) but it didn't work. I tried changing the field from ascending to descending, that didn't work.

Way cool project Robin

I do not work much with ADP. However, can you create an index on the table with LastName + FirstName, and then retrieve these two fields - in the same sequence - LastName and FirstName, in your query. Access should use the index to access the data.
