revers trigger sql-script 1

I'm going to change an existing trigger.
Before changing I want to list the layout of the trigger, so I have a chance to do a fallback. Does anyone have a script that's able to select whats in dba_triggers column: trigger_body (datatype long)?

Is it so complex? Just set long large enough to hold a whole trigger text, redirect output to a file by spool command and query dba_triggers.
