REVEAL 23-023-007 video card

I was looking through my collection of cards and found this , it has a cable input , as well as a VGA input port , it is an ISA card . I did a search , but didn't come up with anything helpfull .
Has anyone out there anything on this card .

I think that is a Win2K driver. You didn't say what OS. "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing....."
