I have been looking for information regarding subaccounts/department masks in PT. I have read, that the limit is 99 dept. masks.
Can you re-use, change or delete a dept mask from year to year without impacting your Master account? The company I work for does a variety of meetings in any given year. They would like to track income/expense per meeting. However, from year to year the meetings are different. It would take us awhile to meet the 99 limit, but what do you do then?
Are there any other "better" ways to set something up like this than Department Masking?
