I expect the answer to be NO but I'd like to be able to find out the Name/Product Code of any Network Cards that are installed on a PC using VBA. Is It possible for VBA to look at the windows reqestry and return info? Or would there be some better way of doing it? Any suggestions would be great!!

Cheers

Mike

Try looking in this site click Code Library, then WMI. There is a hardware section that identifies network adapter. Not sure if this can be run in VBA, but may lead you to another solution.

Hope this helps

You could also try - this site lists ~940 API calls that can return system info. I'd've thought there'd be something on there that may help you
